Graded items, sometimes called "seconds" or B grade stock, are brand new items that have been returned to the original manufacturer.
There are many possible reasons for this: from items not working, to damage occurring to the packaging within the manufacturer's supply chain or even simple delivery errors. In many cases, it can be hard to distinguish a graded stock item from a perfect one.
Item is perfect and as new. The item will not be in its original box, but will be securely wrapped.

Item has a small cosmetic mark on the sides or lid; or hairline marks or scratches on the front or fascia.

Item has obvious dents or scratches. We may apply enamel paint to the front of affected washing machines.
