Checklist before we arrive

  • Check correct mains supply (32 amp outlet freestanding electric cookers 3KW+/13 amp outlet single electric cookers)
  • Check within 1 metre of appliance.
  • Check suitable access
  • Check new appliance will fit the space (including ventilation).
  • Check the environment (e.g. no combustible material behind cooker, wallpaper, fabric wall coverings, curtains shelving, power points, switches, etc.)

Gas, Duel Fuel & LPG Cookers

Checklist before we arrive

  • Check correct gas supply within 1 metre of appliance
  • Duel Fuel: Check electrical supply within 1 metre of appliance.
  • Ignition systems require 13amp supply within 1 metre of appliance
  • NOTE: LPG (red or blue cylinders/bulb tank outside the property) call 0000000000 to ensure cooker can be converted by our Gas Safe engineers.
  • Check suitable access
  • Check new appliance will fit the space (including ventilation).
