Highlights of Miele Hobs

Efficient and Safe

When cooking with induction, heat is generated only where it is needed: in the pan. This is particularly efficient as no heat is lost or wasted.

Electronic Ignition (gas)

Gas burners ignite automatically, which means that rotary control dials can be simply and easily turned and held with one hand during ignition.

Minute Minder (gas)

You can set a different time for each burner. Once elapsed you will hear an acoustic signal which lets you know that your food is ready.

Safety Lock (induction)

The safety lock function prevents inadvertent changes and protects from accidental or unauthorised switching on, by children, for example.

PowerFlex (induction)

PowerFlex zones enable large pasta pans or oven dishes to be used without a problem. They also feature a booster output of up to 7.4 kW.

Pan Size Recognition

With induction hobs, the size of the pan is detected by the cooking zone and energy is only used in this area, ensuring efficient use of energy.
